What are your certifications? We are both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America in food science. We also have our food handlers certifications as well as ServSafe.
What are the typical prices per plate for your dishes? Appetizers are typically $6-$15 Entrees range from $16 - $30 and Desserts from $6- $13. For premium meats such as lobster and fillet mignon we go by market price. We can work with you and fit your needs though.
What are the prices on your charcuterie boards? We have a $50 board which comes with cheese, meat, nuts, crackers, and veggies. We have a $75 board that comes with premium meats and cheeses as well as homemade dips and fruit. We have a $100 board that comes with the same things as the $75 board but also comes with your choice of an appetizer or a dessert.
Do you deliver charcuterie boards? Yes, we do deliver anywhere in the Orange County area and there is a $15 delivery charge.
Can I just get appetizers, an entree, or a dessert? Yes we can work with you and accomidate your needs. If you are having an event and want just desserts or passed Hors d'oeuvres that is no problem.
Do you rent flatware, plates, tables, and chairs? Unfortunately we are not able to offer these services yet, but are looking into it as the business expands.
What kind of foods do you specialize in? We specialize in European, Mediterranean, American, and Mexican flavors.
How far in advance do I need to book your services? Typically for charcuterie boards one day in advance. Dessert and passed Hors d'oeuvres or appetizers is two days, and for a full course meal is four days to make sure we can confirm details with the client as well as get the best ingredients.
